The waiting time for placement of a child in our program is currently averaging 4 - 8 months. Waiting time varies greatly depending on the adoptive parent's openness to both birth parent contact and social and medical issues.

Our staff includes an Attorney who practices exclusively in adoption law.

We offer comprehensive counseling services to our birth parents as well as our adoptive families, making every effort to ensure that each adoption plan is healthy, happy and strong.  If you or your child should require counseling services, or other resources such as support groups, after your adoption is finalized, we offer these services through our One Family Tree Adoption Counseling Center.

Our staff has extensive adoption experience, with many staff members holding Social Work degrees.  We are a full social services organization completely focused on creating a positive adoption experience for every adoptive parent, birth parent, and child.
